Yes, I only eat between 12 noon and 7 PM every day. So, my daily fast lasts the evening and the next morning. I tend to do my workout fasted too.

It hasn’t been as hard as I thought it would be. I drink black coffee in the morning, and any hunger that I occasionally feel disappears. Sometimes I get busy and forget to eat until 1–2 PM. I don’t restrict calories. I eat a lot of food during the window.
