That’s been my experience with daily IF over the past 2 months as well. I don’t restrict my intake during the hours that I eat.

For the first week I was ravenous and ate a ton of food during those 7 hours. Then it tapered off. Sometimes I would get busy and not have my first meal until an hour or two past the usual meal time.

Now I just don’t eat as much, period. I’m not as hungry. I’m still working out 5 days a week, so I thought that would drive more hunger. But, it has definitely stabilized.
