Me either. I hate trying to generate blue-sky ideas on the spot like that.
When I work with corporate clients to plan an offsite I make sure that the attendees have time to think about what we will be discussing ahead of time. I want everyone to have some time for deep thought and bring ideas with them, not come up with something on-the-fly.
