Love this. I also love much of what GaryV has to say, but I detest the constant hustle and grind advice. Life is too short to defer living it until after you’ve finally made it.
I spent too many years of my life working insane hours on projects that weren’t worth the sacrifices I made. My health, my family relationships, and my enjoyment of life in the moment all suffered.
I finally decided to have balance. I still work hard, but I also dedicate time every day to actually live right now. Time for exercise. Time to read. Time to eat meals with my family. Time with my children.
What good is becoming a wild success if you lose everything else along the way?
