Levi, it is pretty amazing to get your energy levels back. I used to hit a slump mid-afternoon, and then I would be completely done after dinner in the evening. It took a few months of consistent exercise, but I finally felt alert all day and into the night.

Now, I have to “force” myself to go to bed. I’m not really tired, but I do make a good night’s sleep a regular habit now, as well.

The key is the consistency of some form of exercise, and being intentional with food choices. Do that day in and day out, and your health can’t help but improve. Good luck!
