I set up a private Facebook group to have discussions with our beta users. It’s amazing! I could easily be in there talking with them all day long, and all night too. They have tons of questions, feedback, requests, etc. that they weren’t taking the time to share in our other channels. But, they are already in Facebook a lot during the day/night, so making a quick post in the group is almost frictionless for them.
