I don't have employees now.

But, when I did in my own company, we all worked the hours that worked best for us. We were a geographically distributed team. We chatted on Slack and had a few meetings in real time over video.

But, people mostly worked on their own schedules and if they wanted to take a day for themselves, they could.

All that mattered was that the scheduled work was done on time. Not how it was done or when people did the work.
