Great recommendations! I’m a huge fan of using real notebooks and sketchbooks to journal, plan, capture new ideas, etc.
I love using Evernote for many things, but it’s tucked away invisibly and not in my face all day. When something is really important and needs my attention, I write on my whiteboard so it can’t be ignored.
Paper is often just faster than digital. I can still scribble notes more quickly. Even though autocorrect and suggest try to “help” me, they often get in the way of my flow.
Plus, I like to sketch ideas, diagrams, designs, and flows. Digital still can’t keep up with the speed and ease of paper there.
