We are in that strange stage of life where we are ready to completely redefine our careers and do something new, because we are too “young” to simply retire.

Seriously, what’s the alternative? Do nothing meaningful for the next 20–30 years? No thanks. If anything, I want to make sure I’m doing something even more meaningful with my second career than I did with my first.
