Felicia, I want to thank you for writing such an amazing article. I’ve had so many of these frustrating experiences as well, after leaving my corporate life behind almost 8 years ago.

I think much of it has been unintentional, but it still demonstrates a lack of professionalism and a certain level of disrespect.
