Exactly. I’m so impressed with Gen Z.

They seem to have their sh*t together. They are making plans, working hard, and trying to truly change the world by being a part of it.

The author, on the other hand, is typical of the complainers and whiners who want to pat themselves on the back, demand that they are recognized for their “genius” while they refuse to work hard, and blame every preceding generation for their woes.

I’m not going to stoop to his level and blame an entire generation, though. I’ve worked with some pretty amazing Millennials.

However, Shane is typical of the ones who scream that they are enlightened and oh-so-clever, while failing to realize that they will accomplish absolutely nothing in terms of changing the world.

I’ll leave that to Gen Z. They seem to have that figured out.
