Bingo. I haven’t tried a single chatbot that is faster or easier to use than a traditional GUI.
In an environment where I can’t look at or interact with a screen (e.g., driving a vehicle), sure. It could be useful (if most chatbots didn’t suck so much).
But if I can sit and use my phone or laptop, I have no desire to crawl through a laborious chatbot discussion.
